Los rodamientos de rodillos cruzados son rodamientos ligeros y compactos con los anillos interior y exterior más finos posibles con alta rigidez, debido a su disposición vertical de rodillos cilíndricos con una ranura en V de 90° a través de espaciadores separados en la superficie de rodadura de ranura profunda. Este diseño especial permite que un solo rodamiento soporte cargas en todas las direcciones, incluidas cargas radiales, axiales y de momento. Los rodamientos de rodillos cruzados de la serie XU (tipos de cuerpo de anillo interior y exterior) se han mecanizado con orificios de montaje, por lo que no se necesita una brida fija ni un asiento de apoyo. Además, debido a la estructura de anillo interior y exterior integrada con asiento, la instalación tiene poco efecto en el rendimiento, por lo que se puede obtener una precisión de rotación y un par estables. Se puede utilizar para la rotación del anillo exterior e interior.

Cross tapered roller bearing contains two sets of races and rollers brought together at high angles with alternate rollers facing in opposite directions. The height of cross section is similar to single-row bearing for conserving space and saving bearing housing material. And the steep-angle, tapered geometry results in a total effective bearing spread much greater than the width of the bearing itself.
Series Introduction
XU type (inner and outer ring body type) has been processed with mounting holes, so there is no need to fix flanges and support seats. In addition, due to the integrated inner and outer ring structure with seat, installation has little effect on performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. Can be used for outer and inner ring rotation.
